www.chinabuses.org:  10 gas-electric hybrid buses manufactured and developed independently by Chongqing Wuzhoulong New-energy Automotive were officially into operation in Hechuan District. This is the first batch of new-energy bus delivered into operation in Chongqing after brand new new-energy bus subsidy policy released as well as the first batch of new-energy bus into operation in Chongqing Hechuan District.

All of these gas-electric hybrid buses are of vehicle controller to balance electricity, power and natural gas drive. It can slowly charge by plug and ensure natural gas drive operation in no charging mode. Compared with CNG bus, its fuel conservation rate can be 35%. To ensure the smooth charge during operation of new-energy bus, Chongqing Electricity established charging station in Heyang Avenue in Hechuan District, including DC charger, alternating current equipment and operation monitoring system.

For now, a batch of new-energy buses manufactured by Chongqing Wuzhoulong have been into operation in Tianmen city of Hubei. In addition, new-energy luxury travel buses developed independently by Wuzhoulong have been into foreign markets such as UAE and Malaysia.
