Any capable investors at home and abroad are welcome to join in the zero-assets reconstruction of Zonda Bus Group.

Zonda Bus, stock held by Zonda Industrial Group, specializes in manufacturing passenger buses, tourist coaches and commercial vehicles. It includes five production bases -Zhongwei Passenger Bus Co., Ltd., Beijing Zonda Yanjing Bus Co., Ltd., Shanghai Guanghui Passenger Bus Co., Ltd., Nanjing Jingling Double-decker Passenger Bus Co., Ltd., Sichuan Zonda Emei Passenger Bus Co., Ltd. As the first company who researched& developed the unitary carrying and high floor buses, Zonda now has become a professional bus manufacturer with 8 series( more than 180 models) of buses.

After 13-year R&D and over CNY 1 billion investment, Zonda Bus Group owns the pure-electric buses with completely independent intellectual property rights and is approved of technical transformation project involving 5000 pure-electric buses by MIIT. Qualification and technical conditions for mass production are complete and annual sales are expected to exceed CNY 100 billion.

The State Council appealed on July 12th to first promote the use of new-energy government vehicles and city buses, making over 50% of energy-saving products in the market. The prosperity of pure-electric buses as economic growth mode at home and aboard is predictable. Zonda Industrial Group as a private enterprise, inaccessible to substantial supports from local government, can not afford the project. In order for the industrialization of Zonda BE pure-electric buses, any capable investors at home and abroad are welcome to join in the zero-assets reconstruction of Zonda Bus Group and we intend to transfer 100% shares of the group with CNY 3 billion.
