www.chinabuses.org: Sunlong released 11 meter SLK6118S5A bus model which adopts semi monocoque structure this year, and the newly developed bus is rather satisfactory after test driving.

The appearance of Sunlong SLK6118S5A is rather elegant, and the pink color breaks the conservative design and V shaped front face and the two head lights makes the bus is rather comfortable. “SUNLONG” sign is filled in the headlamps and the dragon logo is the most dashing sign of the bus.
The rearview mirror of the bus is also different from traditional bus models, the usual rabbit ear type mirror is replaced by more modern and beautiful mirror, and the lightweight one is rather lively.
The carriage of the bus is 223 cm wide, 197 cm high and the aisle is 39 cm wide, and height difference between the floor and the seating area is 12 cm,and the height of the three stairs are 13, 26, and 34 cm.
The seats are also designed by Sunlong Bus, and the seat is 44 cm wide and 77 cm high for the back, and the top edge is 113 cm to the ceiling and seat cushion is 43 cm to the floor, and the seat is fully fitting ergonomics.
Yuchai YC6A270-40 is equipped and the rated power is 199 kW, and the largest torque is 1 000 Nm(1 400～1 600 r/min) and Qijiang gearbox is used.
And the bus is running smoothly at 60 km/h, and there are 2 suspension in front and 4 in the rear so that the bus is also performing rather well in rugged roads. Complete vehicle NVH Quiet Technology is used so that the noise is rather small.
