Two Months See Nil Share Repurchase of Ankai

www.chinabuses.org: Ankai Bus (000868) declared on Wednesday that up to June 30th the company had repurchased 8.4544 million shares, 1.2% of the total, with CNY 4.000-5.008 per share, the total amount being CNY 40.0038 million (including stamp tax and commission). The data were said to be the same as those on April 30th, which means the company repurchased no shares for two months.
The previous announcement said Ankai planned to repurchase no more than 20 million of its shares with 5.2 Yuan per share, total amount being no more than CNY 104 million.
