Public Transport Gets Priority in Shanghai

www.chinabuses.org: Shanghai City has decided that public transport will become the dominating position till 2015, and the daily journeys for the public transport will amount to 21.8 million times, and 30 million journeys in 2020.
Shanghai will strengthen three vertical and three horizontal major bus limes and upgrade major bus sections as well as city bus signals, signs to improve speed and on time performance of the city buses.
