And the transmission helps to solve the double Intermediate shaft transmission which needs to add synchronizer.
It adopts two sets of intermediate shaft gear transmission torque to improve carrying ability and featuring compact. At the same time, it is hard to shift speed and more fuel needs to be used for there is no synchronizer.
FAW started to develop 12-speed All Synchromesh Transmission addressing the increasing needs of synchronizer gearbox of heavy trucks earlier in 2011, and the product patent technology can meet the needs of double tunnel shaft gear floating and avoids the bad effects of floating gear to the synchronizer. And the patent got the APPROVAL MARK ZL200120371601.5.
