This program is the improvement of new-energy automobile productivity and R&D, based on the first phase. "We are expecting the productivity to reach 10000 units", said Liu Yang.

Chassis assembly, printing and charging plants covering 26471m2 will be added and after the completion, annual production will reach 10000 new-energy buses and 20000 spare parts.
