Sunray 520, a Unique Advantage of JAC in Light Duty Bus Market

“Sunray 520” promised quality guarantee of 5 years or 200,000 km, which is the longest in the industry. Numerous questions were aroused towards this bold act, Yan Gang explained as follows: “JAC made the promise based on its confidence in its own products.”
Sunray 4 was launched in March this year, relying on the “three high” advantage, it initiated a fierce competition in the market. Yan Gang said: “JAC adopted the strategy of ‘follow and pass’, employed advanced technologies, and independently developed the product, which is world-leading.”
“JAC and NAC are market leaders in the field of European-style light duty buses. Over the years, we both have formed our own styles. Sunray products, on one hand, follows the existing technologies and styles, on the other hand, features new technologies and manufacturing crafts in engine, body and safety devices,” said Yan Gang.
“Six gear gearbox, 1.9 CTI engine and the laser welding could hardly be seen in car manufacturing in China. While in the commercial vehicle industry, no competitor adopted such advanced technologies except for Mercedes-Benz,” Yan Gang added.
The “Sunray 520” is a unique advantage of JAC Sunray, because light duty buses do not come with quality guarantee, so, the “Sunray 520” is a important supplement of after sales service.
As Yan Gang introduced, the plan of JAC is to export 10000 units of bus in 2013, among which, 5800 are expected to be the Sunray 4 series. Also, JAC will invest more in the development of power system, braking system and interior designing.
