Shenzhen Launches the First Public Transport Service Index

www.chinabuses.org: Shenzhen Transport Committee launched the first season public transport index on April 22, 2013, and this is the first time for China to release such statistics data and it marks that Shenzhen formally released the seasonal public transport services.
The service index inlcludes rail transport, city buses and taxi, and the scores for taxi is 84.7, rail transport for 83.9 and 76.5 for city buses.
The service index is mainly calculated by Shenzhen Transportation planning & design Institute and the comprehensive index is 79.3, and they believe that it's generally good only if the score are above 70.
