www.chinabuses.org: The other day, the first batch of CSR ER pure-electric city buses were delivered to Kunming from CSR industrial park.

In December 2012, CSR secured the order of 66 12m ER pure-electric city buses from Kunming Public Transport Group. TEG6129PEV, equipped with CSR pure-electric-drive system, dual-voltage composite energy-storage system, small-displacement APU system and reliable driving motor system, etc. is the newly developed pure-electric city bus with environmental protection and comfort for high-end customers. The model won the title of "Best Fuel-efficient City Bus" in 2011 China (Kunming) New-energy City Bus Competition with 15.88L/100km of  diesel consumption and 1kwh per km of electricity consumption.
