Yuchai Major Project Leaders Sign Responsibility Letters

www.chinabuses.org: On March 25th, Yuchai held 2013 Major Projects Responsibility Letter Signing ceremony in the company. General Manager Wu, Qiwei signed "Major Project Overall Target" responsibility letter with President Yan Ping and each team leader signed "President-focus Project" letter. Meanwhile, other senior executives signed with GM Wu, Qiwei and department representatives signed with Tan Guirong.
President Yan Ping asked the targets and tasks assigned to the departments, transferring personal pressure to the whole pressure; each department, including business department, supervisory department and propaganda department, performs its own duties.
Signing the responsibility letter, as the expression of new incentive mechanism, is helpful for the improvement of responsibility and management.
