300 New Energy Buses to Be into Operation in Chengdu City

www.chinabuses.org: Recently, it is learned that in the second half year of 2013, Chengdu City, in Sichuan Province, will put only the natural gas 18 meters long BRT buses into its bus rapid transit roads, which was learned from the charge person from Chengdu Public Transportation Group.
From the principal, it is also learned that by the end of 2012, the diesel buses running in Chengdu City were all replaced. The public transportation in Sichuan City will do its great efforts to reduce the emission of the buses. At present, the public transportation group all purchases the pure electric buses and pure natural gas buses.
In June this year, there will be 300 units of 18 meters long natural gas buses into operation with two side-door.
