National-level Master Studio Opened in Xichai

www.chinabuses.org : On March 5th, 2013, the Zhang Jianyu master studio, which is granted by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, officially listed in the workshop of Xichai, which is the first master studio ever granted in Wuxi, marking a new achievement of the talent strategy and construction works of Xichai.
The Zhang Jianyu master studio was established in 2007, and got promoted to be municipal-level and provincial-level master studio in 2010, later on, reviewed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security in 2013, becoming the national-level master studio. As the core of the studio, Zhang Jianyu is now a welder of Xichai, high-ranking expert of FAW, and was elected as an outstanding figure of the automobile industry of China's reform and opening up in three decades, receiving the national award of outstanding contribution for skill-talents-cultivating, national may day labor medal, and enjoys special allowance from the state department.
After it was established six years ago, guided by the motto of “technological innovation” and “technological inheritage ”, the studio broke the technological monopoly of foreign companies, developing core technologies of equipment maintenance, solving technical difficulties of Metal anti-wear repair and self-making of maintenance tools, saving more than ￥ 7.1 million for the company. At the same time, they cultivate comprehensive talents through practice, making them reserve forces of the company.
