Foton AUV Provides Services for Spring Festival Transport

www.chinabuses.org: The 2013 Spring Festival passenger transport has finished since Jan. 15th, and Foton AUV provided "No worry all tours" and "Active Service" etc. activities to make sure the safe and comfortable Spring Festival passenger transport, the world's largest passenger transport.

Foton AUV provided free safety test for Foton AUV buses produced after Jan. 1, 2011, especially for their major customers and big transport groups. Foton AUV after-sales service stations are responsible for noticing all the customers of the service, and they coordinated the vehicles to go to the service stations to receive the safety tests. Foton AUV orginazed service squads to come to the big transport groups to conduct safety tests for their buses which fit the requirement and are going to serve the Spring Festival transport service.
Two or three sevice stations in each area are chosen to set up "Spring Festival Emergency Squad" and their service stuffs are standing by and rush to the buses that's in need in time, and each time they can get 100 Yuan for insentives.
The service managers of Foton are responsible for adjusting central parts warehouse and branch ones and make sure that each service stations get enough parts for emergency.
Foton AUV service department received many sincere thanks for their careful service and enthusiasm during the Spring Festival passenger transport periods. Shen Yuwen, a Foton AUV bus driver from Henan Province, was quoted as saying that Foton AUV service stuff helped him to repair the bus in time and avoid possible loss, and he has more confidence and he feels rather relieved when running on the road.
