www.chinabuses.org: News from Taiyuan Electric Power Company on February 24th said 100 electric city buses would be used in the city in 2014, therefore, the company is preparing to build at least one large e-bus charging station.

The new electric city buses are pollution-free, noiseless and stable. Compared with traditional diesel buses, new buses are advantageous in fuel-efficiency and emission-reduction.

Electric city buses have been used in Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing and Shenzhen, etc. it’s said the infrastructure construction in Taiyuan is under way.
