300 Zhongtong New-energy Buses Used in Jinan City

www.chinabuses.org: 300 Zhongtong new-energy city buses were delivered to Jinan Bus Company and the first 40 have been used for one month.
It’s said Jinan is one of the new-energy bus pilot cities and the 8th Fleet of Jinan Bus Company is the demo fleet of new-energy buses.
Head of the 8th Fleet Mr. Jiao said Zhongtong new-energy city bus was more delicate in both appearance and interior trimming, including emergency switches, mechanical main switch and LED screen, etc. the new bus is powered by LNG and electricity and PM2.5 is nearly zero, contributing to the environmental protection. Besides, Zhongtong new-energy bus is made based on monocoque body structure with low-floor and high-power A/C. During the one-month operation, no breakdown ever happened, however, Zhongtong after-sales service staff kept inspecting the buses every day.
These Zhongtong new-energy city buses were used in Route 156, 157 and 158. In 2013, the 10th Culture and Art Festival will be held in Jinan and the 300 Zhongtong buses will make beautiful scenery.
