Foton Contributes to China Environmental Protection

www.chinabuses.org: After the 18th National Congress of the CPC, Foton AUV Bus Company advanced the R&D of 7.6m micro-circulation electric bus arranged by Beijing Science Commission, which, it's said, held the direct-charging electric bus demo operation ceremony in Qijiahuozi on Dec. 25th.
Facing the limit of battery capacity, Foton is developing the fast-changing pure-electric coach; as for high manufacturing cost, Foton endeavors actively to develop low-cost electric buses.
Currently, Foton has finished the production of 50 12m direct-charing pure-electric city buses for Beijing Public Transport Company.
Until now, Foton AUV Bus Company has formed all-series of clean-energy buses, fuel battery buses, pure-electric buses and hybrid buses. Accounting for 70% of the market share of new-energy bus market, Foton AUV will make greater contributions to China environmental protection.
