With the help of SINOPEC International Engineering Company, the Lubricating Oil Branch surveyed the market and oil replacement and drew up the "Three-step" plan. Until now, the Branch has finished the replacement of all the oils used by the International Engineering Company. Checked by Saudi Arabia Oil Inspection Authority, SINOPEC lubricating oil was better than congeneric products of other brands.
