www.chinabuses.org: Consecutive cold weather challenged city bus operation in Urumqi, where Bureau of Transportation took measures to guarantee the normal traffic and repair the old city buses. It's said 200 city buses would be renewed for better service to citizens.

Since 2012, public transport enterprises have renewed some city buses and 200 more are expected to be replaced. The enterprises are communicating with the bus manufacturers.
