www.chinabuses.org: On November 23rd, 12 buses equipped with Xichai engines were delivered to Weiyuan City from Jiangsu Youyi Bus Factory. What's different was these engines adopted the new cold start technology - cylinder pre-heating.

Cylinder pre-heating is new cold start technology successfully used in light trucks in early time. The engine is able to start even at -25℃. In order to promote the technology, Xichai communicated with bus and chassis manufacturers.

These 12 buses revealed customers' recognition to new cold start technology, which will be helpful for the market expansion of Xichai.
