www.chinabuses.org: A total of 306,800  commercial vehicles were manufactured in China in October, China Auto market reported today. The number is 0.53 percent less than the amount sold in September and 0.52 percent lower than last October's sales result. 307,100 commercial vehicles were sold during October, 1.63 percent higher than the previous month and 0.99 percent higher than last year.

Production and sales amounts for commercial vehicles for the first ten months of the year were 3.0706 million units and 3.1296 million units, respectively. The figures are 6.55 percent and 6.55 percent lower than last year.

Looking at individual segments, In Jan. - Oct. production and sales figures for buses were 346,300 units and 342,100 units, respectively. They were 2.1366 million units and 2.1768 million units for trucks, and 152,300 units and 158,100 units for tractor trailers.
