Yuchai Concerns Overseas Visit Experience Sharing

www.chinabuses.org: In order to learn advanced technologies and experience at home and abroad, Yuchai sends technical and management backbones abroad. On October 16th, Yuchai held "Visiting the 64th Hanover IAA and Overseas Advanced Plants Debriefing Meeting", in which Zhong, Yuwei; Zhong, Xiaobo; Tao, Zemin; Su, Huailin; Xiao, Jianguo; Pan, Dong on behalf of different teams shared their experience.
On September 19th-27th, 2012 IAA was held in Hanover, Germany, attracting nearly all the famous bus, truck, special vehicle and spare parts enterprises such as Benz, Iveco, MAN, Neoplan, etc. Yuchai sent management and technical backbones to visit the IAA. Besides, some other teams were sent to America to visit engine manufacturing enterprises.
Board Chairman of Yuchai Group attended the meeting and gave a speech. He said Yuchai, stepping into a critical phase, put forward high requirements to the cadres, who would be shifted out if lacking new ideas and thoughts. They must take the new responsibilities and try their best to promote the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
