Ankai pure-electric buses take the maximum market share; 2. Ankai is one of the earliest enterprises engaged in R&D of pure-electric buses; 3. Ankai has good after-sale service. 18 of 20 city buses during pilot operation in the company were Ankai buses.

Ankai pure-electric city buses were used in Route 136, covering 34 stops across four shopping malls, one general hospital, government, railway station and bus station, etc.

Person in charge of the company told the reporter that these Ankai pure-electric city buses went well during the pilot operation, with satisfactory charging time and running mileage.

For heavy load operation, Ankai pure-electric city bus in Route 136 is equipped with high-volume, high-power and green asymmetric capacitor battery. At night, 60-100A trickle charge is implemented for two hours; at daytime, 100-300A fast charge is implemented for 15-20 minutes.

Up to September 20th, Ankai pure-electric city buses have been running for 229 days in Zibo City. In 2013, six more pure-electric city bus routes and 100 pure-electric city buses will exist in Zibo and in 2015, a total of over 2000 city buses will be replaced by pure-electric ones.
