Annual output of Foton new energy vehicles up to 51,000 units

www.chinabuses.org: It is learned from Foton Motors that they delivered 90 LNG city buses to Beijing Public Transport Company on Oct. 15 to serve No. 1 bus line. The 18m Foton AUV LNG city buses use Euro 5 enignes. And output of Foton new energy vehicles amounted to 51,000 each year.
This year, Foton signed 930 large city buses purchasing contract with Beijing Public Transport Company, 73% pf which are clean energy buses, and Beiqi Foton has delivered more than 2,000 pure electric buses, hybrid buses and NG buses to serve Beijing since 2009. PM2.5 emissions of the 18m Foton LNG city buses are 97% less over traditional buses, and intelligence controlled electric fans are used to cool the engine and the passenger capacity are over 175.
