Chinese Commercial Vehicles Makers Hot sales in Peru in July

www.chinabuses.org: According to the report of the Peruvian Association of Automotive Representatives (Araper), sales of new autos in Peru totaled 100,351 units in Jan.-July of this year, an increase of 26 percent from the 79,665 vehicles sold during the same period last year. Meanwhile, sales of new light commercial vehicles accounted for 10.16 percent with 10,197 units and new passenger buses & minibus accounted for 2.07 percent with 2,075 units.
Besides, in July, sales of new autos in Peru were 16,097 units, among them, the sales of the new light commercial vehicles were 1,595 units and new passenger buses & minibus were 346 units.
For the sales of the multi-function light commercial vehicles in Peru, among the top ten auto brands, JAC ranked in No. 5 with 79 units and Beiqi Foton ranked in No. 8 with 47 units.
For new passenger buses & minibus in Peru, among the top ten bus makers, JAC ranked in No. 3 with 38 units; Golden Dragon Bus ranked in No. 6 with 17 units and King Long Bus ranked in No. 7 with 15 units.
