www.chinabuses.org: On May 23rd 2012, Youngman Automobile Group Co., Ltd of Jinhua / China and Germany Vibracoustic signed an strategic cooperative agreement. Both parties' high leaders: the Vice President Andreas Diegelmann of Germany Vibracoustic Gas Springs Department,  the CEO of China Vibracoustic and the Vice President of Youngman Automobile Group attended the signing ceremony.

The related leaders of both companies joined the signing ceremony.

   
The strategic cooperative agreement between Youngman Automobile Group and Germany Vibracoustic indicates the cooperation between both sides is not just a supply and demand relationship on the parts, but in a new stage that both sides will further cooperate and exchange various technical skills in optimizing the equipments on the buses etc.

Germany Vibracoustic is wholly-owned subsidiaries by the Freudenberg Group which is a Germany-based company that supplies seals, vibration control technology components, filters, nonwovens, release agents and lubricants to almost all of the world’s car manufacturers. Under the Freudenberg Group, Vibracoustic now become the NO.1 in the air suspension industry. In China, only 20%-30% of the buses use the air suspension in it.
