Statistic of China Bus Sales in March

www.chinabuses.org: Based on the fifty mainstream China bus builders sales statistics, the sales of the buses in March rose 19.39 percent higher from the same month last year to 19,559 units. In the first quarter of 2012, the total sales of the buses were 51,744 units and rose 9.35 percent higher from the same period last year.
In March, the sales of the large buses in March rose 11.98 percent higher from a year earlier to 16,811 units; The sales of the medium buses in March rose 12.97 percent higher from a year earlier to 16,054 units; The sales of the small & light buses in March rose 4.78 percent higher from a year earlier to 18,879 units. General speaking, the sales market of the China bus in the first quarter of 2012 is rather good.
In the first quarter of 2012, among the fifty mainstream China bus builders, the market share of the twenty bus builders' sales growth were over 20 percent. The total sales of the Yutong Bus, King Long Bus, Higer Bus and Golden Dragon Bus were 25,454 units and rose 10.32 percent higher than the last year. The top fifteen bus builders' total sales were 42,463 units and the growth rate reached 10.71 percent from the same period last year.
The sales of Yutong Bus in the first quarter were 10,168 units, which was the only bus builder that sold more than 10,000 units of buses. Its sales growth reached 25.87 percent, which was much higher than the average level of the China bus industry. It is seen that Yutong Bus has done a good job in the first quarter of 2012.
