According to Li Jindian, he suggested, it should be combined with local conditions, and make the government as the leading role and encourage social financing, which is to form the development model by the professional school bus company management. Combining with each different schools' condition, through a variety of ways to solve the problems of school funding sources, overall consideration the interests of all parties, it is to promote the healthy development of the school bus. Because the school bus is with public property, so the government should give certain tax cuts on the school bus and the school bus operating company should enjoy equal treatment as city bus companies, such as enjoying national fuel subsidies and fare subsidies, which is to reduce the operating pressure.
