www.chinabuses.org: On February 22nd 2012，Sunlong Bus and Germany Vibracoustic signed an strategic cooperative agreement. The related leaders of both companies joined the signing ceremony. 

Chairman of Sunlong Bus with the chairman of Vibracoustic's global President signed a cooperation agreement.
   

According to the agreement, both sides will further cooperate and exchange various technical skills in the damping system products etc.
In addition, the two sides also keep the regular communication of companies' top executives to set up information sharing platform and constantly improve cooperation relationship between development of strategic cooperation agreement.

Germany Vibracoustic is wholly-owned subsidiaries by the Freudenberg Group which is a Germany-based company that supplies seals, vibration control technology components, filters, nonwovens, release agents and lubricants to almost all of the world’s car manufacturers. Under the Freudenberg Group, Vibracoustic now become the NO.1 in the air suspension industry. In China, only 20%-30% of the buses use the air suspension in it.
