www.chinabuses.org: As several largest diesel engine manufacturers: Weichai Power, Yuchai Group, Wuxi Diesel Engine and Dongfeng Chaoyang Diesel in China，though commercial vehicle market sharply declining in 2011，but these four main leading enterprises keeps the high-speed development in recent years.
 

In the year of 2011, Weichai Power sold 680,000 sets of various engines, 98000 units of vehicles and 700,000 sets of transmission. The total sales income of it reached RMB 98.2 billion which  keeps its absolute industry leading position.

In 2011, the company sales of Yuchai engines reached 690,000 sets which helps it back to be the industry first. Engineering machinery sales volume exceeded 8,200 sets.Yuchai has always been keeping pace with the world advanced level in technology field. In 2011,Yuchai has developed successfully the first diesel engine which meets the Europe Ⅵ standard.

Though the sals of Chaoyang Diesel was not so good enough in its sales but it successfully completed its restructuring which on Dec. 2th 2011, Dongfeng Chaoyang Diesel Co.,Ltd (DCD) was officially established.

In 2011, Wuxi Diesel Engine sold 370,000 sets of diesel engines and its sales amount was RMB 10.4 billion, which the profit was RMB 250 million. In the first month of 2011, the sales of Wuxi natural gas engines reached 746 sets, up by 11 times.
