School bus made in Nanchang to appear on school bus exhibition

www.chinabuses.org: From a bus factory in Nanchang, Changbei North Economic Development Zone, it is seen that the first Nanchang made "Big Nose" special school bus is ready for attending 2012 First China International School Bus Development Forum and Exhibition which will be held in Beijing on February 15.

According to the driver introduced, the "Big Nose" was manufactured according to the sizes of the middle & primary school's students. The top speed of it is only 80 km/hour, and the body weights 9 tons. Using the special school bus chassis and U shape beam structure, the Big Nose" bus passed through the vehicle side tumbling test.
There are two doors in front of the "Big nose", and there is a the closed door at its tail part which will automatically alarm when it is open at an emergency. The seats are all in vertical layout with the safety guard board before the front row seats and seat armrests in the channel side. In addition, the low-floor in the "Big Nose" and the emergency window which are designed for the safety of the students.
Besides, the LED display and warning lights are set in the head of the bus making the bus striking during the driving or stopping. The 360 degrees inspection makes the driver see the surrounding situation and without blind area. On the left side of the body, there is also a parking sign which is for the safety of the students when them are getting on or off the school bus .
