After these years’ discovering and development on the school buses, now Wang Lin can proudly say that Chengdu made school bus already could be compared to the American school bus.

As early as he studied in the United States, Wang Lin got to know the safety performance and standards of the American School Buses, then he determined to make the similar standards of such school buses in China one day. According to his memories, there were three safe passages of American school buses which are  In general, the normal traffic use swing doors; In special cases, the safety window and safety hammer; In an emergency situation, a escape window and all kinds of escape facilities. And we also learnt that a American school bus in China crashed into Hummers, the Hummers was ruined but the school bus was without any damage.

How can the school bus be more safety more comfortable? How to adapt to the demand of modern primary and middle school students? In China, there does not have uniform standard. But Chengdu Bus Company decided to adopt the American and other countries’ the high safety standards of school bus. Since 2007, the company transferred more than 10 specialized scientific research experts to form technology research team. They visited a large number of schools and traffic management department to collect the school bus accident and Euramerican developed country’s school bus material so as to use in the development of a special school bus.

Besides, the company also involves in making "Special Children's School Bus Safety Technical Conditions" national standards.
