Changan Auto Company Passes the Bill to Purchase Baoding Changan Bus Company

www.chinabuses.org：Changan Auto Company announced that the Board of Directors passed the bill to purchase Baoding Changan Bus Company to reduce potential competition inside the Group for further development of light commercial vehicles.
Changan Auto Company would take 100% of shares of Baoding Changan Bus Company after the negotiation of net asset appraisal. Evaluated price of Baoding Changan Bus Company was 225 million Yuan, transferring price being 203 million Yuan.
