Zhongtong Buses Serve Expo Central China 2011

www.chinabuses.org：The 6th Expo Central China 2011 was held in Taiyuan on September 26th-28th, 2011. In order to improve the traffic condition for citizens, Taiyuan government purchased a large number of environmental protection buses worthy of RMB 200 million Yuan, most of which are running in main routes of Taiyuan city and Zhongtong 18-meter gas BRT buses served in Line No.1, being a beautiful scenery.

Zhongtong buses served many international competitions such as Miss World and Olympic Games etc. and were highly spoken of by the organization committee due to excellent quality and service. This time Zhongtong made great efforts to grasp the opportunity to serve Expo Central China 2011.
Nowadays, Zhongtong buses have been running in Line No.1 for one month, improving 16% of transport capacity. Besides, energy-saving effect was beyond expectation due to the monocoque technology and core technology of gas buses. At the beginning of the 21st century, Zhongtong introduced the monocoque technology from Bova Company and absorbed the core technology. Zhongtong obtained an order of 55 monocoque BRT buses from Jinan Bus Company In 2007 and an order of 150 luxury BRT buses from Morocco in 2009. After many years’ research and accumulation, Zhongtong developed a series of gas buses which were well received at home and abroad.
All the Shanxi people are preparing for Expo Central China 2011 with enthusiasm and Zhongtong is also trying hard to make a great contribution to the Expo.
