The First Domestic Phosphating Electrophoresis Line Put into Service

www.chinabuses.org: Recently, the first phosphating electrophoresis production line of buses put into service in Nanhai AUV Plant of Beiqi Foton Motor Co.,Ltd. in China, referring to 400 cubic meters. As for degreasing in pretreatment, surface conditioning and phosphating, new materials produced by Wuhan Caibao Surface Material Co.Ltd.
It is known that the alkalinity of the degreasing products is low, slight in corroding of galvanizing and aluminium components. The phosphating products are not only quite appropriate for iron, but also suitable for even and compact phosphating film on the surface of galvanizing and aluminium componets. Good corrosion-resistance as well as adhesive force well meet customers’ requirements. The operation of this production line enhances efficiency and enlarges the output scales, marking the leap forward development of the qualify of coating of large-sized buses, taking the leading level in China, even the world.
