www.chinabuses.org: In the morning of 8th September 2011, the related government departments in Chongqing City jointly held the demonstration meeting of school buses in terms of the increasing concern of the security of school buses. Two models independently developed by Chongqing Hengtong Bus Co., Ltd. (Hengtong Bus for short) outstandingly pass through the various security tests, referring to glass breaking devices, anti-puncturing and run flat tyres, explosion-proof fuel tank, emergency door and warning arm working when stop.





Outfitted with advanced security devices, Hengtong school buses are designed with full consideration into the details to ensure passengers’ security. In emergency, all toughened glass will be broken at the same time and the broken glass hardly hurt passengers. Also, the buses are equipped with special anti-puncturing as well as run flat tyres, long-head style design in favor of buffer effect in front crash, 360°dead zone free design, portable fire extinguishers with easy operation, special warning arm when stop, emergency door, thermal insulation and fire-retardant materials used for engine compartment, security alarm, special seats for the guarder and children with safety debt for each seat.
