08 September 2011
Chen Jiachang, deputy director of Hi-tech Development and Industrialization Division of MOST suggests that the relevant organizations be set up, the specific implementation plans as well as the annual report be made to confirm the realizing of the objective. In the meantime, more efforts are required in the respects of the implementing of favorable and encouragement policies, the construction of infrastructure, and the orderly market environment. Also, effective monitoring of the actual operation and assessment are of big importance.
In addition, Wu Ping, director of Transport Division, showed that there have been almost 20 cites that formally applied to the qualification as the pilot cities and the subsidy for the private purchasing of new energy automobiles.
