196 Huanghai Buses Export to Africa

www.chinabuses.org: Recently, passing the inspection of Changzhou Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, 196 units of Huanghai Buses exported to Ethiopia and this was the first entry of Huanghai to African market, which presented an important step to emerging market and actual achievement of Changzhou Inspection and Quarantine Bureau’ support to Huanghai “going global” strategy.
(1) High attention and elaborate organization. Changzhou Inspection and Quarantine Bureau paid high attention to the African market expansion plan of Huanghai Company and established the workgroup lead by the director, in charge of the plan, coordination and technical support of the export inspection to guarantee the scientific and valid inspection.
(2) Overcome the difficulties and should the burden. The first batch of 196 units of Huanghai buses were planned to deliver to Ethiopia at the end of the year but the customer asked for all the buses before the National Day. Facing so many difficulties and obstacles, staff from Changzhou Inspection and Quarantine Bureau Mechanical and Electrical Office accepted the challenges to work overtime for the delivery on time.
(3) Scientific inspection and strict control. The first batch of Huanghai products were various, involved with mechanical and electrical department, textile department, dangerous article package department, etc. As for this situation, Changzhou Inspection and Quarantine Bureau formed a joint inspection team to guarantee the quality of products with scientific and efficient methods, creating a new model for bus export inspection.
(4) Technical support. As for the hot weather, poor road condition and wild driving habit in Ethiopia, experts of the bureau studies the technical standards of similar buses to confirm the inspection standards of transmission, suspension and tires through many simulated experiments and trained the inspection staff to guarantee the quality and safety.
(5) Intimate service and actual effect. During the inspection, the workgroup overcame all the difficulties to serve the enterprise with 16 containers’ workload per day. In order to save time, inspection team set its office at site to communicate with the enterprise immediately and provided consultation and guidance at all times during the inspection declaration.
