According to the draft of “Plan on New Energy Vehicles”, non-plug-in hybrid power automobiles are not classified as new energy vehicles and the purchaser only have the subsidy of 3000 Yuan RMB for the users of energy-saving vehicles. Therefore, many automobile producers expect that the hybrid power automobiles with high fuel saving can be classified as new energy vehicle because that the application of hybrid power is the easiest technology to realize energy-saving effect.

It is known from the authority not long before that the subsidy of one plug-in car can be up to 50000 Yuan (3000 Yuan/kwh), dependent on the energy of power battery packs.
