“Summer Cares”-Premium Service from King Long

This “Summer Cares” is one part of KingLong after-sale service improvements.
“Summer is a fire-prone season. Buses on fire will cause property losses and even threaten the safety of the people. We want to strengthen the customers’ awareness of fire prevention, publicize the fire prevention measures and bring them into routine maintenance.” Senior engineer of KingLong after-sale service department WANG, Haiying told the reporter.

Director of Technology Department of Sichuan Chengdu Long-distance Transport (Group) Company YAO, Hong described the after-sale service of King Long with “responsible”. They had 1060 buses in the company and 370 buses were KingLong. YAO, Hong said to the reporter “In our company KingLong sets two service spots. Reasonable layout, in-time maintenance and cheap materials are only the basic services of KingLong. What’s more, they dare to take their responsibilities to solve all the problems. ”
