It is known that the local government plans to launch 2011 units new energy vehicles during the period of this Universiade, including hybrid power city buses, electric city buses, electric midibuses, accounting for 52.8% of the total service motor vehicles and to set up or rebuild 57 charging stations for the city buses. Wuhzhoulong will offer 1511 units new energy buses, including 1350 hybrid power single deck city buses, 20 hybrid power double-deck buses, 53 electric buses, 26 electric feeder buses, 60 fuel cell track buses and 2 fuel cell buses, taking more than 75% of the launched motor vehicles.
