Nanchong Natural Gas Engines Come to National IV Emission Standard

www.chinabuses.org: On 25 July 2011, it is known from the launching conference of new products of Dongfeng Nanchong Automobile Co. Ltd (Nanchong for short) that the natural gas engines developed by this producer have complied with the National IV emission standard. Twenty domestic bus builders such as Yutong Bus and Donfeng Xiangfan Touring Bus and almost one hundred bus operators attended this conference.
It is understood that the natural gas engines are based on the products with National Ⅲ, newly designed electric control system and ignition system, outstanding in powerful functions as well as wide extension. The output power of some models have been adjusted and big improvements have been made on air inlet system, cooling system and lubricating system to facilitate more power, higher reliability and better economy.
