BOSCH Photovoltaics Center is Completed

www.chinabuses.org: On July 22nd, 2011, BOSCH declared that Photovoltaics Center at the cost of 0.53 billion USD was completed in Arnstadt, Germany. The center consisted of Solar Energy Business Headquarter, R&D Center, Producing and Training Center of Photovoltaics Cells and modules.
After two-year construction, the plant covered 382 km2. Up to 2012, there would be 1000 new occupations available, even 600 occupations in year 2011. 120 assistants would be hired in charge of the preparation for new products development and series production. Furthermore, the training center capable for the training of 150 new employees at the same time would be put into use on September 1st, 2011.
Arnstadt Research Center and Plant is one of BOSCH’s three important investments in photovoltaics field. BOSCH is building another component production plant in Venissieux of France, which will be used at the beginning of 2012. At the end of 2011, another vertical integrated photovoltaics production plant will be build in Batu Kawan City, Penang State, Malaysia at the cost of 0.52 billion Euro.
