www.chinabuses.org: Recently, Foton announces that the company plans to invest 1.2 billion Yuan on the project of new energy special vehicles and related parts in Huojun Development Zone, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province. The project will enable the production capacity of 20000 units.

Foton set up its sales subsidiary in India last month and has secured the order with Hunan Public Transport Company for 15 AUV hybrid power buses and Beijing Hualin Special Vehicle Company, Beijing Tianlulong Technology Company and Changsha Zoomlion Heavy Industry Company for 1060 electric vehicles (chassis included).
