www.chinabuses.org: It is learned from Shandong Zhongwen Yixing Electric Vehicle Company that five Zhongwen pure electric city  buses were delivered to Qingdao Public Transport Company, and the city buses will be put into operation formally on April 25.

The 12-meter blue city buses have 43 seats, and seats in the middle of the carriage are linked together, similiar to that of subway trains. And the buses are going to run on bus line 316.

Currently the five Zhongwen Yixing city buses are under preparation before formal operation, including trainings for drivers, driving lines, info records for bus stops etc.
 
And Zhongwen Bus Company has inspected Qingdao previously, and they found that the biggest slopes are no more than 13%, and Zhongwen bus can climb as much as 20%. The pure electric buses can realize zero emission.

Zhongwen Yixing city buses can run as far as 230-250 km after charging, and it only cost 140 Yuan for one day.
