G-BOS: Effective Tool for Dynamic Monitoring of the Safety of Vehicles

www.chinabuses.org: At the beginning of this year, “Notice about enhancing of the dynamic supervision over the safety of road passengers transport” has been issued by the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Public Security, the State Administration of Work Safety and the Ministry of Industry & Information Technology. According to the notice, all the touring rental coaches, the buses over Class three and the special vehicles with transportation of danger chemicals, firework and civilian explosives to be required to be equipped with GPS devices.
Since 1 January 2011, the road transport authority will suspend the qualification approval of the transportation vehicles without GPS systems or record in national networking and joint control system. Last September, the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Industry & Information Technology jointly made an announcement that the new long-haul coaches and tourist coaches should be equipped with vehicle traveling data recorders
