www.chinabuses.org: In January 2011, Anhui Electric Power Corporation, Ankai Bus, JAC Automobile and GuoXuan High Tech Power Energy Company held the signing ceremony of cooperation agreement of power supply for new energy vehicles and marked that we have stepped into new development phase of our new energy bus industry and the new mode is gradually forming that the industrialization development of new energy buses is promoted through the construction of smart regenerative charging service network.

Ankai electric bus project with the annual production of 2000 units has currently passed through the approval for Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) by the local authority. The project refers to the planning investment of 330 million Yuan and the annual production of 2000 electric buses, based on the existing manufacturing capability of 5000 complete vehicles as well as 2000 chassis each year. The key facilities related to materials, wielding, assembly, surface treatment and testing have been increased for the production of electric buses.
