www.chinabuses.org: It is learned from Jan. 25th that Foton released their strategic goal in the 12th five-year plan in their business annual meeting, namely, Foton sales of complete vehicles will exceed 1.8 million units till 2015, and five key projects will be finished in Beijing, and their first overseas plant will be constructed in 2012. And this is also part of Foton’s plan to sell four million vehicles till 2020.

　　
Foton sales and production will amount to 1,800,000 units end of the 12th five-year plan, and their revenues will achieve 170 billion Yuan with profiting ten billion Yuan. Foton production and sales of vehicles exceeded 680,000 units this year, ranking the largest domestic commercial vehicle provider.

　　
Foton will construct eight key projects, five of which are in Beijing. Foton Auman GTL energy-saving heavy truck intelligent plant has gone into operation. Their first overseas plant will be finished in 2012 in India. Till 2015, their five overseas plants in India, Russia, Brazil, Mexico and Indonesia will be finished.

　　
This is their first step towards 2010 strategy, which requires that Foton annual output will amount to four million units, 30% of them will be sold in overseas markets.
