On October 10, Zhongtong bus signed forty new energy buses purchase order with Taian Public Transport Company. And the signing ceremony was held on this day.
On October 15, 100 Zhongtong new energy buses were bought by Jinan Public Transport Company, and this is the second big order after buses purchase during last year National Games. And Zhongtong Bus secured all the 100 bus bidding. During the National Games last year, eighty Zhongtong buses were purchased, after one year operation; Zhongtong buses keep 98% rate of attendance and 30% less fuel consumption.
In late August, China 863 Project energy-saving and new energy auto assessment team went to Zhongtong Bus to check and accept their Olympic pure electric complete vehicles and Zhongtong series hybrid bus development programs.

The experts have inspected Zhongtong production line, trial products and convened assessment meeting. And finally both program passed the assessment.
As one the earliest developers on new energy vehicles, Zhongtong bus made great breakthrough on hybrid buses, pure electric buses etc.
