Philippine is one of the strategic markets that King Long Bus develops at the beginning due to the short distance for sea transportation. In recent years, there are almost mass production orders from Philippine each month. At present, King Long Bus exported more than 500 units, ranking top in the China bus builders.

XMQ6119T is the main model for King Long Bus in the Philippine market, about 300 units there. Since importing last year, XMQ6117Y is popular for the local market with sales of over 80 units till now and the market prospect is good.

Chen Feng, the overseas market manager for Asian Region of King Long Bus said that it mainly relies on the buses from Japan or Korea in the bus market in Philippine. In recent years, China buses have started to drive into the this market and get popular with high cost performance. As the pioneer of China bus builders into overseas market, King Long Bus started to export buses in mass production since 2004 and obtained the customers' credit with excellent products and complete after-sales service, becoming one of the most influncial China brands.
